About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and student-friendly Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of our residential school hostel. The ideal candidate must ensure safety, discipline, cleanliness, and a positive environment for all boarders.Key Responsibilities1. Student Management &amp; Discipline<ul><li>Maintain discipline among students and ensure adherence to hostel rules.</li><li>Supervise daily routines including wake-up, study hours, dining, and bedtime.</li><li>Monitor students&rsquo; behaviour and wellbeing, and handle conflicts or concerns promptly.</li></ul>2. Safety &amp; Security<ul><li>Ensure the safety of all boarders and maintain regular headcount.</li><li>Monitor student movement during in-time/out-time, outings, and emergencies.</li><li>Maintain proper records of attendance, late entries, permissions, and leave.</li></ul>3. Hostel Administration<ul><li>Oversee cleanliness of rooms, washrooms, and hostel premises.</li><li>Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.</li><li>Report repairs, maintenance needs, or any deviations immediately to the management.</li></ul>4. Health &amp; Wellbeing<ul><li>Provide first-level support for sick students and coordinate with the school nurse/medical team.</li><li>Maintain a friendly and approachable environment so students feel comfortable sharing concerns.</li></ul>5. Communication &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Submit daily/weekly reports on boarder attendance, activities, and any incidents.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents regarding student behaviour, health, and leave.</li><li>Coordinate with academic staff, counsellors, and management for student welfare.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum Graduate (Science/Yoga/Nursing/Sports).</li><li>Prior experience as a Hostel Warden / Residential Facility Manager preferred.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage adolescents/children with patience and discipline.</li><li>Physically fit and available 24/7 on campus.</li><li>High sense of responsibility, integrity, and alertness.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Free accommodation and food within campus.</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Safe and supportive work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
