Your work shows up weekly as more qualified, held appointments at target CAC.What you&rsquo;ll own<ul><li>Paid Search &amp; LSA: Daily hands-on management; budgets, bidding, negatives, LSAs disputes, offer/creative testing, pacing.</li><li>Meta Ads: Prospecting + retargeting; iterate UGC/testimonials/before-after angles; creative refresh cadence.</li><li>Organic &amp; Local SEO: Google Business Profile (posts/photos/Q&amp;A), citations, location pages, schema basics, review velocity.</li><li>Organic Social: Lightweight weekly rhythm (installs, before/after, testimonials, promos) to build trust and retargeting pools.</li><li>Direct Mail: Lists (neighbors/past buyers/high-intent ZIPs), offer &amp; QR/UTM tracking, drop/pulse tests, matchback.</li><li>Lead Aggregators: Source evaluation, caps, negotiate CPL, QA/reject rules, prune poor supply, pilot new vendors.</li><li>Repeat &amp; Referral (In-house): Email/SMS journeys for past buyers &amp; service customers; referral offers; neighbor plays.</li><li>Attribution &amp; QA: UTM discipline, form/source mapping to CRM, clear MQL criteria; enforce required fields so every test is measurable.</li><li>Portfolio Building: Maintain a channel mix with targets (core vs. experimental) and rebalance monthly based on CAC and Held/Sit/Sold.</li></ul>Note: You will not manage the call center.
