Job Title: Front Desk Executive (Lead Generation, pre sales, tele sales)Job Description: We are looking for a professional and energetic Front Desk Executive to be the face of our studio. The ideal candidate will coordinate with consultants to book consultations, ensure smooth front desk operations, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate with consultants to schedule consultations, helping them meet individual targets and earn incentives.</li><li>Handle inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and accurate responses.</li><li>Ensure all Brand Standards are upheld at the front desk and throughout the studio.</li><li>Manage front desk operations, ensuring clients receive timely, friendly, and personalized attention.</li><li>Oversee guest relations and front office staff, maintaining a positive and professional environment.</li><li>Compile and report on front desk statistics and performance metrics.</li><li>Maintain high standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, and appearance for both yourself and colleagues at the front desk.</li><li>Create efficient work schedules for front office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Proven track record of lead generation/ pre sales &amp; target achievement.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and a regional language (specific to the location).</li><li>Strong telephone etiquette and client handling abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of routine operations management.</li><li>Highly motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving targets.</li><li>Comfortable working in a target-based role.</li><li>Exceptional client management and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Presentable, professional, and well-groomed appearance.</li><li>Preference will be given to candidates with a strong commitment to front office operations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;9,925.52 - &#8377;45,930.26 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Front Desk: 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>Lead generation: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Pre-sales: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Telesales: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
