<ul>
<li>Focus on acquiring new SME customers to grow our Sea Logistics services.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Customer Care Managers to make informed pricing decisions.</li>
<li>Prepare and submit accurate quotations using our online tools.</li>
<li>Use your deep knowledge of Sea Logistics to deliver tailored solutions and presentations.</li>
<li>Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth onboarding by providing detailed information to the Customer Care Team.</li>
<li>Keep customer data updated in CoreLOG.</li>
<li>Work with CCL managers and Customer Care Team to review and optimize customer portfolios.</li>
<li>Close deals that align with customer needs and company objectives.</li>
</ul>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b> Your Skills and Experiences</b></h2>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding Management, or a related field.</li>
<li>4-5 years of successful Sea Logistics Sales and Key account management experience.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Kuehne+Nagel products, operations, and services.</li>
<li>Proficient in CRM and customer relationship management.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, adaptability, and time management.</li>
<li>Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Languages: Fluency in English; Arabic and Malayalam are a plus.</li>
</ul>

Also as important is hunting for new customers within Saudi Arabia and overall delivering further growth for Kuehne+Nagel. <h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b> Your Responsibilities</b></h2>

<li>Actively maintain and develop own client portfolio and sell Kuehne+Nagel’s services across business units.</li>
<li>Maintain and develop close business relationships with client(s) and important stakeholders across industries.</li>
<li>Develop existing and future customer base, delivering business growth with both current and new Key Account clients.</li>
<li>Preparation and review of the Key Account Plan in line with the development directions of the company's professional organizations and the entire company's budget plan.</li>
<li>Assisting in the annual preparation of tender documents for companies managed by the department, and actively participating in the escalation management of these companies.</li>
<li>Responsibility for budget and P&amp;L for nominated accounts.</li>
<li>Coordination of client life cycles such as business development, implementation, business reviews and results.</li>
<li>Ensure delivery of high-quality services to clients in cooperation with internal stakeholders.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the wider sales and business unit organisations on sales plans to develop and increase the Kuehne+Nagel market share.</li>

<li>Proven experience within a Sales/Key Account/Business Development or any similar field and in Saudi Arabia market.</li>
<li>An in-depth understanding of the logistics business environment.</li>
<li>Business development &amp; relationship management skills.</li>
<li>Highly customer-focused with an ability to build partnering relationships at senior levels.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritise and organise work while handling multiple projects at the same time.</li>
<li>Innovative with the ability to adapt to new technologies and develop new skills.</li>
<li>Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is a plus and a strong advantage</li>
</ul>
