We are currently looking for a highly motivated Trim Foreman to help meet the growing demand for our services to join our team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and lead a crew of finish carpenters across multiple units/buildings</li><li>Coordinate daily trim activities (doors, base, casing, cabinets, hardware, punch work)</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and unit layouts</li><li>Maintain production schedules to keep up with multi-unit turnover timelines</li><li>Ensure consistency and quality across all units (very important in multifamily)</li><li>Plan workflow to move efficiently unit-to-unit or floor-to-floor</li><li>Coordinate with site superintendent and other trades (drywall, paint, flooring, etc.)</li><li>Inspect completed work and manage punch lists for turnovers</li><li>Track and manage materials, deliveries, and inventory</li><li>Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies</li><li>Train and mentor crew members</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of finish carpentry experience (multifamily preferred)</li><li>1&ndash;3 years in a leadership or foreman role</li><li>Strong knowledge of trim installation (doors, casing, base, cabinets, hardware)</li><li>Ability to manage crews working in multiple units simultaneously</li><li>Blueprint reading and layout skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality control</li><li>Ability to meet tight deadlines and production targets</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Active construction sites (indoor and outdoor exposure)</li><li>Fast-paced, repetitive unit work</li><li>Frequent movement between units, floors, or buildings</li></ul>Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
