 [Responsibilities]

 Conduct research and development on epoxy resins, hardeners, and related chemical products, focusing on formulation design, performance enhancement, and application development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, execute, and analyze laboratory experiments to evaluate chemical properties under various conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality Control, and Sales) to support new product development and resolve technical challenges.
 </li>

 [Qualifications]
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Entry-level or Senior R&amp;D Chemist with 3&ndash;10 years of experience in the epoxy or chemical industry (Required)
 </li>
 <li>
 Legally authorized to work in India (Required)
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to travel within India for business without restrictions (Required)
 </li>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Required)
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (both spoken and written) (Preferred)
 </li>
 </ul>
