Working as part of a dynamic team, the Catering Cook follows event menus, prepares ingredients, and assists in cooking and plating during events. The role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards at all times.* Prep Cook responsible for preparing ingredients and assisting in food preparation for catered events. This role supports the kitchen team by chopping, slicing, measuring, and organizing ingredients according to recipes and event needs. Prep Cooks ensure that all food items are prepped and ready for cooking, assembly, or serving, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to follow instructions are essential for success in this role.* Banquet Manager oversees all aspects of banquet and event service, ensuring smooth operations from setup to the final guest departure. This role is responsible for managing front-of-house staff, coordinating with clients and event planners, and ensuring that service meets the highest standards. The Banquet Manager ensures the seamless execution of events by supervising staff, managing timelines, and addressing client needs. Strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills are essential for success in this position.*Dishwasher Responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, and cookware after catering events. The Dishwasher helps the team wrap up by ensuring the kitchen is cleaned, organized, and ready for the next service. This role takes place post-event and involves working quickly and efficiently to maintain cleanliness standards. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.* Front of House Staff responsible for ensuring smooth service during events. Responsibilities include setting up glassware and rentals, bussing tables, serving food, passing appetizers, and assisting with clean-up. Additional duties may vary depending on event needs.
