Certified Safety Professional (CSP) / NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred.Job Summary:The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all project sites. The role ensures compliance with statutory safety norms, conducts safety training, and promotes a strong safety culture across the organization.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs in line with legal and company standards.&middot; Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety norms.&middot; Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; recommend corrective and preventive actions.&middot; Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for workers and staff.&middot; Ensure all contractors and workers adhere to PPE and site safety requirements.&middot; Maintain and update safety records, permits, and documentation.&middot; Coordinate with project and quality teams to integrate safety measures in planning and execution.&middot; Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Factories Act, BOCW Act, Environmental norms, etc.).&middot; Drive continuous improvement in safety performance across projects.Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>In-depth knowledge of safety laws, regulations, and best practices in the real estate/construction industry.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving abilities for risk assessment and incident analysis.</li><li>Proficient in safety documentation and reporting.</li><li>Ability to handle emergency response situations effectively.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;600,000.00 - &#8377;1,536,711.92 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Safety Management: 8 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Karve Road, Pune, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
