Job Description &ndash; Senior Mechanical Engineer (O&amp;M)The Senior Mechanical Engineer shall be responsible for overall operation, maintenance, and performance management of the water supply O&amp;M projects executed by M/s Kumarji Lal, with specific responsibility for Ranney Wells and Tube Wells located in Faridabad. He shall handle all technical, operational, and maintenance aspects of the project, ensuring uninterrupted water supply in strict accordance with contractual obligations and departmental instructions.The Senior Mechanical Engineer will oversee the operation and maintenance of Ranney Well pumping systems, Tube Wells, and associated mechanical infrastructure including vertical turbine pumps, motors, pipelines, valves, couplings, bearings, and allied equipment. He shall ensure optimal performance, correct alignment, vibration control, proper lubrication, and adherence to manufacturer-recommended operating parameters.A key responsibility of the role shall be discharge monitoring and performance evaluation of all Ranney Wells and Tube Wells. The Senior Mechanical Engineer shall ensure accurate measurement, recording, and analysis of discharge, flow rates, head, pumping efficiency, and system losses. He must possess strong and practical knowledge of Fluid Mechanics, including pump curves, head&ndash;discharge relationships, hydraulic losses, flow measurement techniques, and efficiency assessment. Based on analysis, he shall take corrective measures to optimize discharge, improve system efficiency, and ensure compliance with departmental norms.The Senior Mechanical Engineer shall plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules and attend to breakdown maintenance with minimum downtime. He shall supervise overhauling of pumps and motors, replacement of worn-out components, coordination with OEMs and vendors for major repairs, and maintenance of adequate spare inventory. Detailed maintenance records, history cards, and breakdown logs shall be maintained systematically.He shall ensure proper operation and maintenance of all valves, including sluice valves, butterfly valves, non-return valves, air valves, and pressure relief systems, and monitor the condition of pipelines and fittings to prevent leakages and mechanical failures.The Senior Mechanical Engineer shall coordinate closely with the electrical team for synchronized operation of motors, starters, MCC panels, control systems, and interlocks. Any mechanical issues arising due to electrical faults, voltage fluctuations, or power quality issues shall be identified and resolved through effective coordination.He shall supervise and manage site manpower including mechanical fitters, helpers, pump operators, and technicians. He shall prepare duty rosters, guide maintenance activities, ensure availability of tools and tackles, and maintain high standards of workmanship, discipline, and productivity at site.The Senior Mechanical Engineer shall be responsible for preparation and submission of Daily Site Reports, discharge monitoring reports, breakdown reports, and Monthly Performance Reports, including pump performance data, downtime analysis, energy consumption correlation, and corrective actions taken. All reports shall be prepared accurately and submitted within prescribed timelines.Ensuring safety and statutory compliance shall be a critical responsibility. The Senior Mechanical Engineer shall enforce use of PPE, follow safe work practices, implement lockout&ndash;tagout procedures, and ensure compliance with all safety norms applicable to mechanical equipment and water supply infrastructure.He shall coordinate with officials of FMDA and other concerned municipal departments, attend site inspections and review meetings, and ensure that all mechanical O&amp;M activities are executed in line with contractual terms, technical specifications, and departmental instructions.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Sr. Mechanical Engineer

The Inventory Manager shall be responsible for the overall management, control, and monitoring of all inventory and store materials of M/s Kumarji Lal, including materials utilized across head office, stores, and all project sites operated by the firm. He shall ensure systematic handling of materials to support smooth execution of operation and maintenance projects and other works undertaken by the company.The Inventory Manager shall maintain complete, accurate, and updated records of all inventory available in the company store, including mechanical, electrical, civil, and consumable materials. All inward and outward movements of materials shall be properly recorded through store registers, material issue slips, and digital records, supported by purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.He shall ensure that every material issued from the store is traceable, clearly indicating the name of the employee or site in-charge to whom the material is issued, the specific project/site for which it is issued, quantity, date, and purpose. No material shall be issued without proper authorization as per company procedures, and acknowledgment of receipt shall be strictly obtained.The Inventory Manager shall monitor site-wise and person-wise material consumption, track stock levels, and ensure timely availability of critical spares and consumables required for uninterrupted project operations. He shall regularly review inventory levels and coordinate with management for timely procurement to avoid shortages or excess stocking.He shall conduct periodic physical stock verification, reconcile physical stock with recorded balances, and promptly report any discrepancies, shortages, damages, or losses to the management of M/s Kumarji Lal. Corrective and preventive measures shall be implemented to maintain inventory accuracy and control.The Inventory Manager shall ensure proper storage, labeling, preservation, and security of materials, preventing damage, corrosion, pilferage, or misuse. FIFO practices shall be followed wherever applicable, and store areas shall be maintained in an organized and safe condition.He shall coordinate closely with project engineers, site supervisors, procurement personnel, and the accounts department for material planning, issuance, return of surplus materials from sites, and inventory reconciliation for accounting and audit purposes.The Inventory Manager shall prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to management, including stock position, site-wise material issuance, consumption details, and pending requirements. He shall also support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory data and documentation.He shall strictly follow the store management policies and procedures of M/s Kumarji Lal, maintaining transparency, accountability, and discipline in inventory handling.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹13,202.49 - ₹40,356.75 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
