Job Description:-&#11162; Good working knowledge of Quality Standards and Forgings manufacturing processes.&#11162; Hands-on experience in Forge shop &amp; Machine shop (CNC/VMC/HMC) components.&#11162; Experience of various manufacturing processes such as Forgings, and Machining processes.&#11162; Commodities Handled: Forgings, Machining.&#11162; Exposure to various testing methods &amp; inspection technologies.&#11162; Knowledge of Quality documents like MTC, IBR test Certificate,Inspection Report, Test Certificates.&#11162; Knowldge of inspection &amp; certification of Final Products of forged components.&#11162; Knowldge of Material testing &amp; Handling of TPI.&#11162; Responsible for Various set up on different machines as per requirement.&#11162; Daily rejection analysis.&middot; Handling Quality In in-process &amp; Final stage of Inspection&middot; Implementation of 5S, Kaizen, in company.Skills:-A). Having good Communication &amp; Presentation skills with a positive attitude.B). Team-playerC). Ready to take challenges.D).
