Location: Huntington Beach &ndash; South (Adams &amp; Magnolia)We are currently seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Learning Center Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for responsible high school seniors, college students, retired educators, or anyone seeking a meaningful part-time role supporting students.What We&rsquo;re Looking For:Ideal candidates are:<ul><li>Friendly, outgoing, and energetic</li><li>Passionate about education and supporting student success</li><li>Confident working with children ages 3 to 16</li><li>Able to communicate clearly and effectively with parents</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li><li>Proficient in math and reading</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Long-term commitment required (year-round position)</li><li>Comfortable working with young children (preschool age and up)</li><li>Strong communication, observation, and instructional skills</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask efficiently</li><li>Able to follow direction and work independently</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Previous Kumon or tutoring experience</li><li>Experience working with early learners</li><li>Background in early childhood education or a related field</li><li>Strong proficiency in high school-level math</li></ul>Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Grade homework and classwork accurately and efficiently</li><li>Guide and assist students with their class assignments</li><li>Check students in and out and complete basic data entry</li><li>Prepare instructional materials for in-center and at-home use</li><li>Support daily learning center operations as needed</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Mondays: 2:30 PM &ndash; 6:30 PM (required)</li><li>Wednesdays: 3:00 PM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li><li>Thursdays: 2:30 PM &ndash; 6:30 PM (required)</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $17.00 per hourWork Location: In person
