Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and manage all manufacturing operations related to pipe extrusion and fittings production (UPVC, Agri, Conduits, HDPE, Drip).</li><li>Ensure timely and quality production as per BIS and industry standards (IS 4985, IS 9537, IS 4984, etc.).</li><li>Monitor machine efficiency, output, downtime, and troubleshoot production issues.</li><li>Implement lean manufacturing and cost control practices.</li><li>Supervise and train shift engineers, supervisors, and operators.</li><li>Coordinate with the maintenance, QA/QC, planning, and logistics departments.</li><li>Familiar with the Quality control requirements of the products as per the relevant BIS standard</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Polymer / Production Engineering.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic pipe extrusion (mandatory).</li><li>Strong knowledge of pipe manufacturing machinery and maintenance know-how (Kabra, Windsor, Sai, etc.).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
