My client an established, multi-state real estate and creditors' rights law firm is seeking a qualified associate attorney to support its Arizona practice.This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package based on experience.Job Requirements:&middot; The candidate must be a member in good standing of the AZ state Bar, and licensed (or be able to obtain a license in short order) in the Arizona federal district and bankruptcy courts.&middot; 5+ years of mortgage foreclosure and collections experience is required.&middot; The candidate must be able and willing to handle a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights.&middot; The candidate must be familiar with resolving issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution.&middot; Appellate experience and knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code are preferred.
