Position Summary</b></h3><p>
Kurz Industrial Solutions is seeking a <b>Talent Acquisition Specialist</b> to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts while supporting key HR functions. This role is critical to attracting top talent across technical, service, and operational roles while ensuring a seamless onboarding and employee experience.</p><p>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Talent Acquisition</b></h4><ul><li>
Lead full-cycle recruiting across skilled labor, field service, sales, and administrative roles</li><li>
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies</li><li>
Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and community outreach</li><li>
Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and evaluate candidates</li><li>
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure an excellent candidate experience</li><li>
Support employer branding efforts and recruiting events (job fairs, trade schools, etc.)</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Onboarding &amp; HR Support</b></h4><ul><li>
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding across multiple locations</li><li>
Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation, and training coordination</li><li>
Support HR processes including employee records, compliance, and benefits administration</li><li>
Partner with leadership on employee engagement and retention initiatives</li><li>
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement efforts</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You Bring</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>
2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a combination of both</li><li>
Experience recruiting for industrial, manufacturing, or skilled labor roles preferred</li><li>
Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, multi-location environment</li><li>
Familiarity with ATS and HR systems</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
