 We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end hiring for mid to senior-level
 
 Non IT
 
 positions across our Corporate / Head Office functions. The role involves strategic hiring, stakeholder management, and strong business understanding to ensure timely onboarding of high-caliber talent across departments.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 1.
 
 End-to-End Recruitment
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle recruitment for corporate roles from mid-management to leadership levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work directly with Business Heads &amp; Hiring Managers to understand manpower needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source candidates through multiple strategic channels &ndash; LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, internal database, and professional networks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct talent mapping, passive candidate sourcing, and leadership hiring.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 2.
 
 Stakeholder &amp; Business Partnering
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a consultative hiring partner to internal stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive intake meetings, define role briefs, and align on expectations, salary brackets &amp; hiring timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and compensation benchmarking when required.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 3.
 
 Candidate Experience &amp; Employer Branding
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the organization professionally while engaging with senior talent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support employer branding initiatives for corporate hiring (LinkedIn hiring campaigns, leadership pipelines, etc.).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 4.
 
 Recruitment Strategy &amp; Process Excellence
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche specialist and leadership roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement structured interview processes and competency-based evaluation methods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report hiring KPIs &ndash; TAT, offer-to-join, sourcing effectiveness, hiring cost, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with HRBP &amp; C&amp;B teams for offers, negotiations, and onboarding alignment.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong corporate/HO hiring exposure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of hiring mid-senior roles (Manager to Head-level).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sourcing expertise using Naukri,LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, networking &amp; passive talent engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent stakeholder management, influencing &amp; negotiation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 High business acumen with understanding of corporate functions and org structures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple open roles with speed, quality &amp; precision.
 </li>
 </ul>
