Basic Function and Scope:</b></div><p></p><p><br>
 Provides work direction of assigned personnel in the ramp services for the activities of Unit Load Device (ULD) movement (on shift), Charge Note processing and general equipment maintenance for Ramp Services. Includes ensuring the control and inventory of ULD equipment inbound/outbound on KAC aircraft and on other carriers working under ground services contracts, processing and reconciling Charge Note for ground services provided by KAC for other carriers and ensuring the scheduled and breakdown maintenance of ramp mobile equipment (done by the garage unit) and other related duties and activities.</p><p></p><div><b><br>
Tasks and Duties:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
a. Ensures the preparation, receipt and despatch of ULD equipment including various pallets, containers and related straps, nets and rings on KAC aircraft and on assigned other carrier aircraft. Ensures accurate and complete record keeping of ULD movement by ULD staff working on shift and that all telexes and SITA messages are sent/actioned regarding requests for ULD equipment, lost units, repairs and receipt and confirmation notices.</div><div></div><div><br>
b. Reviews and assesses the processing of Charge Notes to other carriers for various ground handling eg. passenger, baggage, cargo, ground transport, load control etc., provided by KAC Ramp staff, in accordance with ground handling agreements. Ensures all flights and services are covered on a daily basis, that charges are accurate in accordance with approved terms and conditions, and that other carriers' representatives have signed off all Charge Note amounts/services. Approves notes prior to despatching to Finance, for their billing action.</div><div></div><div><br>
c. Oversees and directs the activities of the General Equipment Supervisor and ensures regular scheduled maintenance and break down repairs of a wide variety of mobile ground equipment used by Ramp Services, such as forklifts, tugs, transporters, mobile stairs, dollies, jeeps, pick-ups etc. Monitors maintenance services performed by the garage, participates in investigating serious or recurring maintenance problems, serious accidents or breaches of safety rules and regulations and directs other related activities performed by this unit.</div><div></div><div><br>
d. Liaises with various internal and outside parties to facilitate the section's work such as with representatives of other carriers, CAA officials, KASCO supervisors, outstations and other parties. Initiates a wide variety of telexes and other communications and attends various regular and ad hoc meetings to progress the work.</div><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>

Basic Function and Scope:</b></div><div></div><p><br>
Participates and controls the provision of passenger services at Kuwait Airport for all regular and extra KU and other carriers' flights. Includes, ensuring timely solution of related passenger services, circulating and monitoring the implementation of new or amended passenger services' procedures, directing and participating in the preparation of duty roistering pertaining to passenger check-in counter staff.</p><div></div><div><b><br>
Tasks and Duties:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
a. Ensures timely solution of passenger services discrepancies related to over carriage, delays, irregularities in flight documentation, mishandling of cargo and baggage by passenger services staff, other carriers complaints, etc. Includes initiation of investigations related to such irregularities with concerned duty officers, recommending corrective action, drafting replies to complaining party, and processing with supervisor for review and approval.</div><div></div><div><br>
b. Circulates new or amended procedures related to passenger, received from Sales &amp; Services Department and other carriers, such as amendments on aircraft, capacity, trim, IATA tariff, visa regulations, etc. Includes directing the feeding of such amendments into computer as required, and monitoring their implementation.</div><div></div><div><br>
c. Directs and participates in the preparation of duty rostering pertaining to passenger services check-in counter staff at Kuwait Airport for all KU and other carriers flights. Includes, studying the weekly flights schedule issued by DGCA and extra flight schedules received from Planning Department for KAC and other carriers, assessing daily traffic density periods, assigning the appropriate number of groups during all shifts to meet the passenger services requirements during peak/normal/lean periods and preparing the daily duty roster of each group showing the time in/out/rest during the period of eight weeks to ensure smooth and efficient passenger services.</div><div></div><div><br>
d. Attends regular meetings with other carriers' representatives along with Government officials of DGCA, Immigration, Customs, Security and Health to discuss related work procedures and exchange related information to ensure proper work relations and efficient passenger services.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>

b. Checks invoices submitted by outstations, KAC's concerned sections and/or other carriers as assigned, in coordination with Finance Department concerned section. Includes, reviewing invoices against agreement specifications, and report to supervisor any irregularities or queries submitted by concerned parties for investigation and further action.</div><div></div><div><br>
c. Assists in preparing cost analysis and various statistics required for ground handling agreement at Kuwait and outstations. Includes, providing appropriate data, and tabulating related information in accordance with supervisor's directives and related procedures.<br>

Basic Function and Scope:</b></div><div></div><p><br>
Coordinates and controls interface areas within the Export Cargo Operations. Coordinates and controls all customer documentation to consignees or their clearing agents. Ensures that appropriate action is taken to notify consignee of the availability of customers&rsquo; freight for delivery and clearance through customs. Coordinates the preparation of charge forms and sales reports. Preparation of list for unclaimed airwaybills and cargo in accordance with IATA and Kuwait customs regulations, answering customer queries complaints.</p><div></div><div><b><br>
Tasks and Duties:</b></div><div><br>
a. Coordinates and controls the receipt of flight handling documents, such as airwaybills and ensuring the immediate notification to consignees or their agents regarding the availability of their shipments in order to avoid delay in delivery.</div><div><br>

b. Coordinates the overall documentation delivery process to customers and/or agents provide all assistance in the completion of the Export cargo clearance processes.</div><div><br>

c. Coordinates the preparation of the financial reports, which are forwarded, on a daily basis to the Finance Department.</div><div><br>

d. Coordinates controls and follow up the activities related to mishandle lost and found cargo. Coordinates the activities for all Export cargo documentation, which are maintained by the follow up, and coordination Unit. Includes, and follow up action for all active/unresolved correspondence and telexes with outstations, surrounding delivered and undelivered cargo for all airlines handled. Attends to related correspondence, telexes and irregularity investigations. Liaises with other airlines and attends to their complaints and renders appropriate services to ensure their co-operations satisfaction.</div><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
