 Job Objective:
 
 
 
 The Compensation &amp; Benefits Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the hospital&rsquo;s compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, compliant with applicable laws, and aligned with the hospital&rsquo;s overall HR strategy. The role ensures that compensation and benefits practices support the recruitment, retention, and motivation of top talent while maintaining financial sustainability.

 Compensation Strategy and Management:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop, review, and implement compensation structures and salary ranges to ensure internal equity - and external competitiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct periodic benchmarking and market analysis of compensation and benefits to maintain the hospital&rsquo;s competitiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage job evaluation and grading processes.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Benefits Administration:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design, implement, and administer employee benefits programs (retirement plans, Comp. &amp; Ben policies, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits programs to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee communication of benefits to employees, ensuring understanding and accessibility.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Incentive Programs:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Finance to design and manage incentives and bonus plans, including productivity-based incentives for medical, Para-medical, &amp; non-medical staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor incentive payouts and ensure timely and accurate payments in coordination with payroll and finance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Compliance and Reporting:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit regulatory reports and audits as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, and healthcare-specific HR practices.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Budgeting and Cost Control:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and manage the compensation and benefits budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate without compromising quality and competitiveness.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Stakeholder Management:
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation and benefits inquiries from employees and managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver training and offer guidance to HR staff and line managers on compensation and benefits policies and practices.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Education/Qualifications/Training:
 
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (master&rsquo;s degree or HR certifications such as CCBM, SPHRi or SHRM preferred).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Experience:
 
 
 
 Minimum of 7&ndash;10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, Or HR Management preferably within a healthcare sector.
