Job Title: Sales Executive &ndash; Night Shift<ul><li>Location: Karachi (Full time &amp; On-site).</li><li>Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 3:00 AM &ndash; 11:00 AM, Saturday: 3:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 AM.</li><li>Competitive Salary + Commission.</li></ul>Summary:KUZ TECH (SMC) PVT LTD is seeking an experienced and dynamic &ldquo;Sales Executive &ndash; Night Shift&quot; to manage and grow our sales operations for Australian clients.This role is for our sister company, Phonebot &ndash; a refurbished tech company based in Melbourne, Australia. The company has a strong presence in both Australia and Dubai. We specialize in mobile phones and gadgets and serve customers worldwide.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Generate new B2B sales leads, drive client acquisition, and onboard, manage, and retain corporate clients in the Australian market.</li><li>Actively make outbound sales calls to leads generated through marketing campaigns, CRM, referrals, and digital platforms.</li><li>Independently generate new leads through cold calling, research, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting methods.</li><li>Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients.</li><li>Understand client requirements and propose customized tech solutions (mobile phones, laptops, accessories, etc.).</li><li>Consistently meet or exceed daily call targets, monthly sales targets, and KPIs.</li><li>Follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures and order fulfillment.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.</li></ul>What We ACTUALLY need (Reqruiments):<ul><li>Minimum 2 years experience in international B2B sales.</li><li>Tech industry experience (mobile phones, laptops) preferred</li><li>Comfortable with international calling</li><li>Excellent in spoken English</li><li>Strong in B2B / corporate sales</li><li>Targeting Australia market</li><li>Proficient in using CRM tools</li></ul>Send your Cv at hiring@kuz.com.au with &ldquo; Sales Executive &ndash; Night Shift in the subject line.&quot;Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in international sales?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in international B2B sales?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have working with tech products such as laptops and mobile phones? </li><li>Do you have experience selling to international clients over phone calls?</li><li>Which international markets have you worked with?</li><li>How would you rate your spoken English?
