Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Utilize company-provided tools and resources to effectively market properties and attract potential buyers.</li><li>

Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.</li><li>
Negotiate offers and contracts, advocating for clients' best interests while maintaining professionalism and integrity.</li><li>
Stay informed about local real estate market trends to provide clients with up-to-date advice and insights that empower their decisions.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent in New Jersey or Pennsylvania.</li><li>
Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build and maintain relationships.</li><li>
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and supported.</li><li>
Proven track record of self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.</li><li>
Comfortable using technology and online tools to market properties and connect with clients.</li><li>
