<div>The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist in the day-to-day recruiting operation. This position supports the Manager of the department. The position is responsible for recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions.

Duties and Essential Functions

<li>Screen applicants and conduct interviews.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Manage the online new hire process and assist in new hire orientations as needed.</li>
<li>Builds applicant resources by forming relationships with universities and attending job fairs.</li>
<li>Post job openings on job boards as needed.</li>
<li>Track and verify professional licenses in the CAM department (CAM, PCAM, etc.).</li>
<li>Update and maintain weekly active jobs report for staffing meetings.</li>
<li>Assist the District Managers and Property Managers with updates and property specific tasks as needed.</li>
<li>Assist onsite team with requests for candidates</li>
</ul>

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company

Travel

Light travel will be required to visit clients in the Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach area. Minimal travel to the Broward office. 
Job Requirements
<ul>
<li>At least 2-3 years working experience in recruiting or human resources required.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and computer programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).</li>
<li>Excellent communication and listening skills to interact with a diverse and multi culture population.</li>
<li>Bilingual required</li>
</ul>
Valid Florida driver's license.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

<div>The Chief Engineer is responsible for the oversight of the building maintenance of the property. This includes the interior as well as the exterior of the building. This person must be knowledgeable in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Electrical Engineering.

Performs complex analytical work in providing office and building engineering support and field engineering support to ensuring technical competence and compliance with all current codes and criteria.

<ul><li>The position is fundamental to the administrative and operational functions of the Company/Property and as such requires established organizational skills, with attention to detail and solid time management, and good interpersonal skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li>As the key employee of the building operations interior and exterior, the Chief Engineer is essential to the longevity of all equipment and the aesthetic nature of the property. The Chief Engineer must perform the job duties with a view toward projecting a professional and competent image: Service to the customer in a friendly and outgoing manner is also essential, while timelines and maintaining a clean atmosphere are key.</li></ul>
<ul><li>The position is fundamental to all mechanical functions of the community and includes working closely with the Association Manager and their maintenance team to operate the community and facilitate solutions to all types of maintenance problems within the community. Strong leadership skills, customer service skills, technical skills, and problem solving abilities are required.</li></ul>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
<ul><li>Performs the day to day routine maintenance of the building utilizing their maintenance staff in a leadership role.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develops and adheres to the preventative maintenance program for the community. Update as needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Supervise all building repairs done by outside vendors, reporting to the Association Manager satisfactory/unsatisfactory completion.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain an operating environment to achieve a satisfactory level of resident&rsquo;s service as measured by formal and informal feedback and surveys.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitoring all systems of the building and performing any and all basic repairs as needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrates a routine and effective ability to adjust to changing circumstances.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Responds to phone calls and correspondence in a timely, professional manner.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Encourages maintenance staff to behave in a professional manner and comply with company&rsquo;s safety standards. Motivates staff to work as a team.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Creates a maintenance report, which depicts an update on the actual condition of the property, progress of specific projects, and makes clear and concise recommendations.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Understands and follows the directions and tasks given by direct supervisor and conscientiously completes them.</li></ul>

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and fumes. The schedule of the position is full time (40 hours a week) and will require to be available for emergencies and occasional night and weekend work due to special projects. This an exempt (salaried) position. This position will require to attend occasional off-site meetings during business hours and within the local city limits.

Required Education and Experience
<ul><li>High School Degree; preferred education; AA degree in industry</li></ul>
<ul><li>Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience as a Maintenance employee in a supervisory role in hi-rise buildings.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must be HVAC Certified and/or have a comparable technical school certification.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must have strong working knowledge of basic trades, such as, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and painting standard principles and practices.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to analyze and interpret technical aspects, pumps, and motors, mechanical systems with a similar degree of complexity.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must be proficient and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel applications.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must have a valid Florida driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must have the ability to react and address all emergency situations in a timely manner, generally within 2 hours. Must be available and go to the property in the event of an emergency, which may be night and/or weekends.</li></ul>
