KW Westfield is seeking a trained Accounting Assistant with solid accounting knowledge and hands-on experience. This is not an entry-level role.We are looking for someone who can step in with confidence, accuracy, and professionalism to support the financial operations of a busy real estate brokerage.Required Qualifications &mdash; Please Read CarefullyApplicants must meet ALL of the following:<ul><li>Formal accounting education, certification, or relevant degree OR</li><li>Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration</li><li>Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to handle confidential financial information</li></ul>Candidates without accounting training or experience will not be considered.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable</li><li>Perform reconciliations and general accounting tasks</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and documentation</li><li>Assist with month-end processes</li><li>Support daily financial operations</li></ul>Position Details<ul><li>Full-time: 30&ndash;40 hours per week</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday daytime schedule</li><li>On-site only &mdash; not remote</li><li>Due to the full-time nature of this role, we cannot accommodate student internships</li></ul>About KW WestfieldKW Westfield is a stable, well-established real estate brokerage known for professionalism, strong leadership, and a collaborative office culture.
