As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Senior Game Artist to join our Hybrid Casual Mobile Game team.</div><div></div><div><br>
As a Senior Game Artist you will be responsible for creating high-quality 2D/3D art, UI, animations, and VFX that elevate the player experience and maintain a cohesive visual identity across the game.</div><div></div><div><br>
This is a permanent role based in our Bangalore studio onsite 5 days a week, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li>
Create polished 2D/3D art, UI, VFX, and animations tailored for hybrid-casual games.</li><li>
Produce Spine animations for characters and gameplay assets.</li><li>
Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across features, levels, and live-ops content.</li><li>
Work closely with designers, and developers to ensure smooth asset integration into Unity.</li><li>
Contribute to ideation, prototyping, and rapid iteration loops during early development.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements
</b></h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in mobile game art (Hybrid-Casual experience preferred).</li><li>
Strong hands-on skills in 2D art, 3D modelling, lighting, texturing, gameplay animations, VFX and UI.</li><li>
Spine animation skills for character and various gameplay assets</li><li>
Proficiency in Photoshop, Blender/Maya, and Unity tools.</li><li>
Ability to concept/ideate visuals that can be 2D/3D within fast paced prototype phases.</li><li>
Strong understanding of colour theory, shape language, lighting, and composition.</li><li>
Ability to create stylised, clean, and polished hybrid-casual assets.</li><li>
Strong understanding of hybrid-casual aesthetics, trends, and visual clarity principles.</li><li>
Experienced in working with Unity asset integration pipelines.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Soft Skills:</b></h3><ul><li>
Strong sense of ownership and accountability over assigned features.</li><li>
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Clear and effective communication skills for presenting ideas and giving/receiving feedback.</li><li>
Ability to iterate quickly, adapt to feedback, and work within fast development cycles.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred but Not Essential
</b></h3><ul><li>Experience working on live-ops or frequently updated mobile titles.</li><li>
Understanding of UX principles for casual / hybrid-casual games.</li><li>
Experience creating Unity Shader.</li><li>

Senior Game Artist

The Lead Game Artist will be responsible for leading a small art team and delivering high-quality 2D/3D art, UI, animations, and VFX that elevate the player experience while maintaining a strong and cohesive visual identity. You will work closely with game designers, developers, and production teams. Together, you will shape the visual direction of our hybrid-casual titles and bring engaging, polished game worlds to life.</div><div></div><div><br>
