As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a <b>Management Accountant</b> to join our Finance team in <b>Bangalore</b>.</div><div></div><div><br>
As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial management, timely statutory compliance, and smooth execution of key accounting processes. You&rsquo;ll lead month-end and year-end activities, support audits, mentor finance team members, and work closely with stakeholders to maximise the commercial success of the company.</div><div></div><div><br>
This is a permanent role based in our <b>Bangalore office</b>, where our collaborative work culture drives accuracy, innovation, and operational excellence across the finance function.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li>
Lead the year-end accounting and external audit process.</li><li>
Assist management with monthly and quarterly reporting.</li><li>
Lead the month-end close process and ensure timely completion.</li><li>
Mentor and guide other finance team members.</li><li>
Review sales and purchase invoices in NetSuite.</li><li>
Review accruals and prepayments as part of month-end close.</li><li>
Oversee daily and monthly bank reconciliations.</li><li>
Submit and approve bank payment runs.</li><li>
Review monthly profit-per-game reporting.</li><li>
Review GST returns and ensure compliance with TDS and income tax requirements.</li><li>
Assist in preparing Indian tax claims.</li><li>
Review and manage the monthly payroll process.</li><li>
Maximise profitability and negotiate optimal commercial terms for the company.</li><li>
Research, recommend, and implement new systems and automation solutions.</li><li>
Present financial insights clearly to senior managers and other teams.</li><li>
Ensure full compliance with company processes and financial controls.</li><li>
Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Financial Controller, CFO, COO, or CEO.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements:</b></h3><ul><li>
4&ndash;6 years of experience in management accounting or a similar finance role.</li><li>
Strong understanding of Indian statutory compliance (GST, TDS, income tax).</li><li>
Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting platforms.</li><li>
Strong expertise in month-end and year-end closing processes.</li><li>
Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.</li><li>
Experience mentoring or guiding finance team members.</li><li>
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>
Ability to drive automation and process improvements.</li><li>
Based in our Bangalore office for 5 days per week</li></ul><div>
