As we continue to grow, we are now looking for an AI Architect &ndash; join our Creative team.</div><div></div><div><br>
The AI Architect &ndash; Creative will be responsible for designing, implementing, and championing Kwalee&rsquo;s next-generation AI-powered creative pipelines. You will work closely with Creative Production, Artists, Editors, Performance Marketing, and Technology teams. Together, you will embed Generative AI into our creative workflows to deliver highly performant, cost-effective, and innovative content that maximises the commercial success of our games.</div><div></div><div><br>
This is a permanent role based in our Bangalore studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li>
Champion an AI-first creative culture, embedding Generative AI across all creative workflows</li><li>
Design, build, and maintain AI-powered pipelines for static images, video, audio, and playable ads</li><li>
Act as Kwalee&rsquo;s subject-matter expert in local diffusion models and creative AI technologies</li><li>
Maintain hands-on expertise with tools such as ComfyUI, Fooocus, and Automatic1111</li><li>
Prioritise the use of local, open-source AI models, ensuring performance, compliance, and optimisation</li><li>
Train, mentor, and upskill creative teams through workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions</li><li>
Lead R&amp;D into emerging AI models, tools, and workflows to drive continuous innovation</li><li>
Design reusable workflows, templates, and ComfyUI graphs to accelerate creative production</li><li>
Integrate automation tools (e.g. n8n) to streamline creative and research tasks</li><li>
Monitor industry trends, competitor output, and new AI developments</li><li>
Support playable ad production through AI-driven asset generation and iteration</li><li>
Maintain structured documentation and archives of AI assets, workflows, and model graphs</li><li>
Improve efficiency, reduce production time, and enhance creative performance to drive profitability</li><li>
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Creative, Growth, and Technology functions</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements:</b></h3><ul><li>
Deep expertise in Generative AI and diffusion models, with proven real-world application in creative or commercial environments</li><li>
Strong hands-on experience with ComfyUI, Automatic1111, Fooocus, or similar AI tooling</li><li>
Experience designing and productionising scalable AI workflows and pipelines</li><li>
Proven ability to mentor, train, and influence teams on AI-first approaches</li><li>
Strong documentation skills with a disciplined approach to knowledge sharing</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate custom AI models and systems</li><li>
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to simplify complex challenges</li><li>
Curious, experimental, and proactive approach to adopting emerging AI technologies</li><li>
Analytical, output-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.</li><li>
