We are searching for an experienced Team Lead Full Stack Developer to lead our development efforts. Your expertise will drive the creation of cutting-edge web applications while mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical strategy. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.As a Full-stack developer, you should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. You should have leadership experience as well.WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO:<ul><li>Experience accurately estimating work, revising estimates and providing options to technical challenges</li><li>Manage the execution of project and task assignments with developers and the PM team</li><li>Serve as the technical lead on Development and production, among other tasks</li><li>Craft and maintain Statement of Work, project plans, schedules, and task breakdowns/modules to achieve defined scopes of work</li><li>Leverage internal tools, standards, and processes in all client work</li><li>Collaborate with PM&rsquo;s to translate requirements into comprehensive project approaches / plans that align with established timelines and budgets and can be executed successfully by the developer</li><li>Drive satisfaction through repeated project delivery successes and strategic engagement</li><li>Collaborate with web team members (typically Senior Engineers) in the delivery of the project work and in alignment with established project metrics</li><li>Conduct regular one-on-ones with web developers, with an emphasis on continuously improving project approaches and outcomes</li><li>Help peers and junior team members debug code or resolve technical problems</li><li>Implement tools and best practices and act as subject-matter expert</li><li>Enhance, re-architect or write new algorithms for better performance</li><li>Understand and lead enterprise application design and development in MERN Deployment of production codebases in cloud like AWS, Azure, Google, etc</li><li>Monitors and verifies that the company coding standards and development practices are being followed</li></ul>WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL BRING:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field</li><li>Minimum 5 years experience working as a Full Stack Developer</li><li>Minimum 2 years experience working as a Team Lead</li><li>Must have worked on Typescript, Angular/React, NestJS, NodeJS, and ExpressJS</li><li>Hands-on experience in the development of RESTAPIs</li><li>Should have good debugging and analyzing skills</li><li>Working experience with Postgresql Knowledge of AWS components like - S3, EC2, SQS, SNS, Lambda function etc</li><li>Must have enterprise-level experience in performing Architecture &amp; hands-on Development with MERN</li><li>Experience in NOSQL database like MongoDB, DynamoDB</li><li>Experience in Elastic Search, Redis and Memcached</li><li>Architecting and deploying applications for AWS</li><li>Container based microservice architectures (Docker, Kubernetes)Provisioning DevOps tools and continuous integration</li><li>Building server applications using several different open-source stacks</li><li>Architect, design, build and operate scalable software systems and services</li><li>Experience with major architecture patterns</li><li>Experience in use of Atlassian JIRA/Redmine, Confluence, Git &amp; current tools</li><li>Familiarity with automated testing frameworks</li></ul>HOW WE WORK:<ul><li>Annual Pay Raise - Higher the performance, better the numbers</li><li>Quarterly Bonuses - Complete a year &amp; get financial rewards each quarter</li><li>Provident Fund &amp; EOBI - Adds up to your retirement plans</li><li>Health Insurance - We&rsquo;ve got you covered</li><li>Work Hours Relaxation - Getting exhausted, take a pause &amp; cool down</li><li>Interest Free Loan facility - Avoid hefty banking interests</li><li>Annual Recreational Trip - Great time to spend with colleagues outside office</li></ul>WHO WE ARE:<ul><li>We are an established custom design &amp; development company with a proven record of delivering tons of successful projects to our partners including startups, small &amp; mid-sized companies &amp; brands with no specific industry vertical.</li><li>Kwanso was founded in April, 2014 in Lahore &amp; later formed its subsidiary in Bay Area (SF) in 2015.</li><li>Our work comprises modern tech that enables us to be the experts in the modern open source technology stacks for web &amp; mobile.
