PurposeThe Director of Marketing is responsible for leading and executing the firm&rsquo;s comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and authority, client acquisition, and market growth. This role includes managing a multimillion-dollar budget, overseeing vendors and internal teams, refining brand messaging, and ensuring high-performance campaigns across digital, traditional, and community channels. Central to this role is amplifying the firm&rsquo;s visibility and reputation so it becomes the first name potential clients think of when seeking representation. The Director of Marketing serves as both a strategic leader and a hands-on operator, accountable for positioning the firm as a dominant force in the personal injury market.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Leadership<ul><li>Build, execute, and optimize an omnichannel marketing strategy across digital, traditional, and grassroots platforms.</li><li>Oversee a $1M+ annual marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI and vendor accountability.</li><li>Lead the development of brand assets, messaging guides, and creative playbooks to unify the firm&rsquo;s identity.</li><li>Direct and manage agency partners, freelancers, and in-house marketing staff.</li></ul>Campaign Execution<ul><li>Manage performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, SEO, video, radio, TV, and out-of-home advertising.</li><li>Develop persona-based marketing initiatives for segmented audiences (e.g., truck accident victims, Spanish-speaking markets).</li><li>Launch and manage community campaigns, sponsorships, and regional brand-building efforts.</li><li>Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, data analysis, and marketing efficiencies.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Build and maintain reporting dashboards with key marketing KPIs.</li><li>Conduct attribution modeling, performance tracking, and budget optimization.</li><li>Translate complex data into clear insights for firm leadership.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 7+ years of professional marketing experience, specifically in the personal injury law space.</li><li>Proven experience managing a $1M+ annual marketing budget.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership of a marketing team, including hiring and performance management.</li><li>Direct, hands-on experience with campaign strategy, creative development, and multi-channel performance tracking.</li><li>Strong proficiency in analytics platforms (GA4, CRM dashboards, attribution modeling, ad platform reporting).</li><li>Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting data-driven insights to non-marketing stakeholders.</li><li>No conflicting obligations (e.g., freelance clients, consulting, or side businesses).</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Marketing leadership experience in personal injury or competitive B2C professional services (legal, healthcare, financial, medspa, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce, CallRail, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, WordPress, and OTT platforms.</li><li>Traditional media buying experience (broadcast, outdoor, radio).</li><li>Proven use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Studio, etc.) for marketing efficiency and content generation.</li><li>Background in community-based marketing and regional brand development.</li><li>Past leadership in an in-house marketing &ldquo;mini-agency&rdquo; structure or high-performance agency environment.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strategic and data-driven operator with a competitive mindset.</li><li>Strong leadership and team-building abilities.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-accountability environment.</li><li>Creative and conversion-focused approach to messaging and campaigns.</li><li>Well-connected with access to trusted freelancers, vendors, and media partners.</li><li>Early adopter of AI tools and marketing technologies.</li><li>Market familiarity with personal injury and B2C professional services sectors.</li></ul>Perks and Benefits<ul><li>Comprehensive health and dental insurance, we cover 100% of the base plan for our full-time employees.</li><li>401(k) with up to 3% salary match from Kwartler Manus</li><li>Generous PTO package to ensure a balanced life outside of work</li><li>Competitive parental leave benefits for new parents and caregivers</li><li>Mentorship Programs: Guidance for professional growth from tenured employees.</li><li>Career Pathways: Offering extensive growth opportunities for team members</li><li>Work-Life Balance: We respect your time and personal commitments.</li><li>Team Events: Enjoy team lunches and annual company BBQs.</li></ul>Kwartler Manus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
