Job Title: QC Inspector &ndash; DimensionLocation: Jabel Ali Department: Quality Control Industry: Structural Fabrication / Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-TimeMinimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 10th / +2 (Higher Secondary Education).</li><li>Technical qualification: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical or related field.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>4&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in fabrication inspection.</li><li>Structural fabrication experience is mandatory.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform dimensional inspection of structural components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and client specifications.</li><li>Interpret structural fabrication drawings accurately to verify critical measurements.</li><li>Use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, levels, etc.) to inspect:</li><li>Angularity</li><li>Straightness</li><li>Orientation of structural members and assemblies.</li><li>Identify non-conformities and report deviations from standards.</li><li>Ensure inspection records are properly maintained and reported.</li><li>Coordinate with fabrication and QA/QC teams to ensure product quality.</li></ul>Skills and Competencies:<ul><li>Thorough knowledge of inspection techniques used in structural fabrication.</li><li>Strong understanding of quality standards and dimensional tolerances.</li><li>Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.</li><li>Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.</li></ul>Additional Requirements:<ul><li>Familiarity with JAFZA regulations (if applicable).</li><li>Willingness to work in site or yard environments as needed.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
