We are seeking an experienced or fresher HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR functions, ensuring the implementation of human resources policies and procedures, and contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to facilitate employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and other HR-related activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Talent Acquisition:</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.</li><li>Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a qualified and diverse talent pool.</li><li>Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities for new hires.</li><li>Employee Relations:</li><li>Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.</li><li>Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.</li><li>Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.</li><li>Performance Management:</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.</li><li>Support managers in setting performance expectations and conducting performance reviews.</li><li>Provide guidance on performance improvement plans when necessary.</li><li>HR Policies and Compliance:</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.</li><li>Regularly update and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.</li><li>Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics as needed.</li><li>Employee Development:</li><li>Collaborate with the training department to identify and address employee development needs.</li><li>Facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Experience in HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
