<div>KWS T&uuml;rk is looking for an Administration / Archive Specialist to support the Business Support Manager with the all administrative subjects of KWS T&uuml;rk both for the field crops division and the vegetables in coordination with the Business Support team.
This position is unlimited and in full-time and based in Eski&#351;ehir, T&uuml;rkiye. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Support logistic activities for all KWS employees, visitors and the management with the visa application process with the agencies, as well as booking accommodation and transportation.</li><li>
Liase with local authorities (such as catering firms, banks, notary, mayor's office, etc.) and government offices to answer regular or ad-hoc queries, monitor operations, and if/when necessary, escalate pending matters to respective management members in due time.</li><li>
Follow up and coordinate company fleet requirements with the respective agencies and the fleet management company such as booking cars in due course, car maintenance, kilometer readings, traffic fines and regular reporting to the management. Research for new network as and when required.</li><li>
Collaborate with other departments for ad hoc or regular reporting assignments, paperwork handling such as scanning invoices on OCR machine, process improvement projects, onboarding and offboarding activites, personnel matters with KWS T&uuml;rk employees and communication with local authorities as and when required.</li><li>
Record the Personel Debit to Asset Debit Forms and update them when it is necessary in coordination with the IT team (when changing computers, mobile phones etc.)</li><li>
Coordinate with the Global Business Operations (GBO) Accounts Payables team for processing invoices, forwarding the invoices to the related departments, fastening the approval process with AP team; GBO Tax team for tax topics; and GBO Accounts Receivables team for cheque postings of customers.</li><li>
Administer and lead all archiving activities of the company in line with data privacy rules and regulations.</li></ul> 
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:<ul><li>
Having a university degree in a related field</li><li>
Previous professional experience in a similar position or function</li><li>
Residing in or willing to reside in Eski&#351;ehir</li><li>
High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PP, Excel, Outlook, Teams); SAP knowledge is of great advantage</li><li>
