We value collaboration, creativity, and attention to detail throughout the design process.Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Architectural Designer (entry- to mid-level) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about residential design, skilled in translating concepts into detailed drawings, and eager to contribute to all phases of a project&mdash;from schematic design through construction documentation.Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the design team in developing residential projects from concept through construction</li><li>Create and refine 2D and 3D design drawings, renderings, and presentations</li><li>Prepare detailed construction documents, specifications, and schedules</li><li>Participate in client meetings and help translate feedback into design solutions</li><li>Conduct site analysis and zoning/code research, and assist in permit submissions</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained</li><li>Assist with interior layouts, material selections, and fixture specifications</li><li>Prepare digital and physical presentation materials for client and city review meetings</li><li>Review shop drawings and submittals during construction administration</li><li>Maintain organized project files, drawings, and documentation</li><li>Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and design critiques</li><li>Stay up-to-date on residential design trends, building technologies, and sustainable practices</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Architecture</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Strong design and visualization skills</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks</li><li>Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;150,000.00 - &#8377;300,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
