 We are currently looking to fill a SEO Specialist position at L2TMedia!
 
 
 
 Job Summary
 
 
 
 The SEO Specialist is responsible for developing a localized SEO strategy and executing core SEO deliverables for their assigned automotive dealers on a monthly basis. The SEO Specialist must effectively communicate and collaborate across the rest of the SEO and Content team, as well as the Sales and Customer Success Team, to drive revenue, client retention, and exceptional performance as measured by L2T&rsquo;s SEO Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Implement and maintain SEO strategies such as keyword research, onsite optimizations, local citation management, and more.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute all pre-defined SEO tactics for assigned book of business on a monthly basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide audits, recommendations, and strategies for continued SEO campaign improvement for clients and prospective clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to SEO client requests accurately and in a timely fashion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current on the latest industry trends, best practices, and search algorithm updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand and apply all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Pace SEO tactical work evenly throughout the month, ensuring all clients receive regular updates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all SEO work is imported into client-facing performance dashboard by month end.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide ongoing education within the SEO department and to Sales/CST in the form of insights bulletins, newsworthy updates, and training.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete account related tasks as assigned by your manager within the given time frame.
 </li>
 <li>
 Occasionally present SEO performance &amp; strategy to client via a brief ppt on a call that is hosted/run by a Sales Team member.

 Education Requirement

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.

 Required Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>

 1 year of relevant experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

 Must be able to commute to Evanston, IL and maintain hybrid (2x in-office/week) work schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with SEO software such as BrightEdge, AHrefs, and SEMrush
 </li>
 <li>
 Google Analytics and Google Search Console experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage time and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products as well as advanced problem solving and analytical skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic thinking with the ability to come up with new, creative solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication skills to effectively message verbally and in writing, using a variety of communication methods to build productive relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritizes and completes tasks with a concern for all the details involved; monitors and checks work for accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Easily adapts to change in responsibilities, work processes, timeframes, performance expectations, organizational culture or work environment.

 The total compensation range for this full-time position is $50,000 to $55,000 and based on experience and location of where the job is performed.
