We are seeking a Schedule Integrator to work at our Aerojet Rocketdyne facility in Camden, AR.
This position resides with the Scheduling &amp; Material Planning (SMP) functional Center of Excellence and is a direct report to the Senior Manager of Production Planning (Schedule Integration).
The Schedule Integrator is responsible for ensuring alignment between factory production schedules as loaded within the enterprise Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system and all Program / Product Line Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) milestone deliverables.
The Schedule Integrator partners with Scheduling, Material Planning, Manufacturing, Program Management leadership, and others to develop integrated schedules and delivery plan strategies required to achieve contracted deliverables / production rates. The Integrator identifies risks to both internal operating plans as well as delivery plans, and facilitates among cross-functional work teams to define mitigating actions. Additionally, the Integrator facilitates development of integrated schedules to support proposal activities and the on-boarding of new demand into the MRP system. The Integrator is also responsible for reporting on-time delivery performance.
The preferred candidate must be comfortable working with limited instruction, and collaborating with a variety of internal stakeholders to gather inputs and design solutions to achieve desired goals and objectives.  Assist a production team to efficiently process work in accordance with a production plan and to promote and deliver high quality output. Works with Operations Management to execute in accordance a system of manufacturing standards and follow company policies and procedures. Job Description:
The Missile Solutions Segment is seeking an experienced FP&amp;A analyst to lead and drive business results through program working capital improvements, program cash, and accurate monthly financial statement preparation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who collaborates cross functionally with a variety of individuals across all levels of the organization, including senior executive leadership.
The model candidate has a passion and ability to focus on the important business details driving changes in the balance sheet and key financial metrics (cash flow, liquidity, debt-to-equity ratios) while continually assessing reasonableness, understanding variances, and determining how to achieve desired business results.
This is a highly visible role and has the ability to drive change and create value for the organization through insightful analysis and actionable recommendations. There will be numerous opportunities to present your findings to executive leadership. 
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Analyze balance sheet movements, cash and investments account reconciliations</li><li>
Develop and maintain program working capital in forecast system</li><li>
Drive understanding of cash and liquidity variances and then work with appropriate individuals to identify corrective actions, risks, or opportunities resulting from those variances</li><li>
Create the monthly financial statements and load them into HFM</li><li>
Support the various monthly reports to include the Monthly Financial Review, Quarterly Operational Review, Annual Operating Plan, Joint Strategic Plan, and any other financial reviews</li><li>
Develop tools, templates, and processes to simplify ways of capturing data and preparing reports, while also ensuring the information gathered is relevant and at an appropriate level of detail</li><li>
Perform ad hoc financial analyses as needed</li><li>
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance</li><li>
Travel requirements: 10% domestic</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $76,500 - $141,500. For California, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State, New Jersey, and New York City, the salary range for this role is $88,000 - $164,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
