Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in banking &amp; finance and real estate matters, including transactions, documentation, advisory, title due diligence and litigation. The role involves working closely with clients which includes banks, financial institutions / NBFCs, corporates, firms and individuals, handling complex legal issues and providing strategic legal solutions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Transactions &amp; Documentation: Draft, review and negotiate legal documents related to real estate and banking &amp; finance transactions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Opinions &amp; Advisory: Provide legal opinions and strategic advisory services on real estate and banking &amp; finance laws, regulatory matters, and contractual obligations.</li><li>Title Due Diligence: Conduct thorough title verification and due diligence for real estate transactions, including examining land records, encumbrances, and compliance with applicable laws.</li><li>Litigation: Handle disputes, including drafting pleadings, representing clients in courts and tribunals and coordinating with external counsel where necessary.</li><li>Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes affecting banking &amp; finance and real estate laws and ensure compliance in all transactions.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, courts / authorities and external legal counsels to achieve optimal outcomes.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>LLB from a recognized university, LLM would be an added advantage.</li><li>5-7 years of PQE with experience in real estate and banking &amp; finance laws.</li><li>Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts, legal documentation, and due diligence.</li><li>Proven experience in documentation and litigation related to banking &amp; finance and real estate matters.</li><li>Excellent legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments effectively.</li></ul>Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal team dealing with banking &amp; finance and real estate matters is preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;700,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your Current CTC?</li></ul>What is your Expected CTC? Advocate- Banking & Finance II 5-7 years (LLB)

<ul><li>Drafting and issuing due diligence/title reports for banks, financial institutions, builders/promoters etc.</li><li>Drafting , negotiating and coordinating execution and registration of various property documents including Development agreements, Deeds of conveyance/Sales deeds, Deeds of re-conveyance, power of attorney, deeds of indemnity, Joint Venture Agreements, Possession letters, Declarations, Lease deeds, Deeds of assignment, Deed of apartment, Allotment letters, Leave and License agreements, deeds of declarations, Cancellation Deeds, Deeds of transfer, MOFA Agreements, Deeds of Partnerships and Deeds of Re-constitution of Partnerships, Disclosure letters and Memorandums of Understandings etc.</li><li>Transactional and Advisory work with respect to RERA, redevelopment projects including Slum rehabilitation projects.</li><li>Leases and assignment of leases for MIDC and CIDCO owned properties.</li><li>Advising clients in transactions for purchase and sale of agricultural and non agricultural lands.</li><li>Advising clients in the structuring and documentation for the creation of medical cities, Medical cities include hospitals, hotels, service apartments, medical malls and commercial property.</li><li>Advising clients on development of hotels, IT parks, and creation of township projects.</li><li>Due-diligence and advisory work for assisting in setting up Solar Power Projects.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Conducting due diligence of the real estate properties.</li><li>Preparing reports on Title/Title Certificates.</li><li>Drafting conveyance deeds, Development agreements, Joint Venture agreements, RERA agreement for sales, Lease Deed, Leave and License agreements etc.</li><li>Drafting opinions.</li></ul>Behavioural Competency<ul><li>Client Centricity: Gives priority to meeting client expectations, by balancing quality and timeliness.</li><li>Team work &amp; Collaboration: Display ownership and accountability for team goals, by performing tasks as per stated standards.</li><li>Process Orientation: Follows applicable work processes/ procedures to deliver outcomes.</li><li>Personal effectiveness: Plans own work, identifies resources and timelines effectively.</li><li>Drafting and Presentation skills: Creates client presentations, using a variety of communication delivery methods (eg; Written, Oral, Electronic and Interpersonal)</li><li>Learning agility: Demonstrates willingness to acquire knowledge of the latest trends in the legal industry.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;850,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your Current CTC?</li></ul>What is your Expected CTC?
