Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in banking &amp; finance and real estate matters, including transactions, documentation, advisory, title due diligence and litigation. The role involves working closely with clients which includes banks, financial institutions / NBFCs, corporates, firms and individuals, handling complex legal issues and providing strategic legal solutions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Transactions &amp; Documentation: Draft, review and negotiate legal documents related to real estate and banking &amp; finance transactions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Opinions &amp; Advisory: Provide legal opinions and strategic advisory services on real estate and banking &amp; finance laws, regulatory matters, and contractual obligations.</li><li>Title Due Diligence: Conduct thorough title verification and due diligence for real estate transactions, including examining land records, encumbrances, and compliance with applicable laws.</li><li>Litigation: Handle disputes, including drafting pleadings, representing clients in courts and tribunals and coordinating with external counsel where necessary.</li><li>Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes affecting banking &amp; finance and real estate laws and ensure compliance in all transactions.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, courts / authorities and external legal counsels to achieve optimal outcomes.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>LLB from a recognized university, LLM would be an added advantage.</li><li>5-7 years of PQE with experience in real estate and banking &amp; finance laws.</li><li>Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts, legal documentation, and due diligence.</li><li>Proven experience in documentation and litigation related to banking &amp; finance and real estate matters.</li><li>Excellent legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments effectively.</li></ul>Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal team dealing with banking &amp; finance and real estate matters is preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;700,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your Current CTC?</li></ul>What is your Expected CTC?
