We're a real team and we're looking for someone who wants to be a part of that.What This Job Actually Is:We&rsquo;re looking for a responsible and organized Assistant to support and help monitor our field team.This role includes a mix of administrative and clerical duties, data entry, and coordination with our service department. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in keeping operations organized and running smoothly.Think of it as part dispatcher, part organizer, and part problem-solver.If you like structure, tracking details, and knowing what&rsquo;s going on at all times, you&rsquo;ll do well in this role.What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:<ul><li>Assist with dispatching and coordinating field workers</li><li>Maintain spreadsheets tracking field worker locations</li><li>Track inventory and part usage</li><li>Help ensure field workers are following client-specific protocols</li><li>Collect and organize documentation for billing</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities (as needed):<ul><li>Organize and schedule service appointments</li><li>Answer and direct phone calls</li><li>Enter and manage service calls</li><li>Provide general support to customers and team members</li><li>Perform other related office duties as needed</li></ul>Who You Are:<ul><li>Organized (and able to stay that way in a fast-moving environment)</li><li>Detail-oriented and able to catch small issues before they become big ones</li><li>Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook</li><li>Reliable and able to follow through on tasks</li><li>Communicative and not afraid to ask questions</li></ul>Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or Receptionist is helpful, but not required.
