Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to lead and manage LLama Research&rsquo;s digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing effective digital marketing strategies, creating high-quality digital assets (such as carousels, videos, and reels), and enhancing the company&rsquo;s brand presence across online platforms.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Digital Strategy &amp; Execution</li><li>Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and performance tracking.</li><li>Content Creation &amp; Management</li><li>Design and produce engaging digital assets including social media carousels, short videos, reels, and infographics.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms.</li><li>Performance Marketing &amp; Analytics</li><li>Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions) and optimize for improved results.</li><li>Social Media &amp; Brand Communication</li><li>Manage the brand&rsquo;s digital presence and community engagement on key social channels.</li><li>Stay informed on emerging trends, formats, and innovations in digital marketing and finance content.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.</li><li>Proficiency with design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects), or equivalent.</li><li>Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and web analytics tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of brand communication, visual design, and storytelling principles.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or investment-related marketing.</li><li>Ability to conceptualize and edit short-form video content.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with an eye for creative detail.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to be part of a growing wealthtech brand.</li><li>Exposure to integrated marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics.</li><li>Collaborative work environment encouraging creativity and innovation.</li><li>Competitive compensation package and career growth potential.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Freelance Contract length: 12 monthsPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
