Marketing and Sales Executive

Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong foundation in real estate legal work and a proactive approach to pre-sales and client communication. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate documentation, RERA compliance, and agreements, along with excellent communication skills to handle client interactions and assist in the pre-sales process.Key Responsibilities:Legal:<ul><li>Draft, review, and vet real estate documents such as:</li><li>Development Agreements, Power of Attorney (POA), Sale Deeds, Affidavits, and MOUs</li><li>Ensure compliance with RERA, local municipal laws, and other real estate regulations</li><li>Coordinate with legal advisors, architects, and consultants for project documentation</li><li>Manage registration processes and maintain organized legal records</li><li>Handle due diligence, title verification, and related correspondence</li></ul>Pre-Sales:<ul><li>Engage with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings</li><li>Present and explain project details, pricing, and benefits effectively</li><li>Maintain and update client databases and follow-up schedules</li><li>Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing and conversions</li><li>Support in preparing brochures, presentations, and sales materials</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;3 years in real estate legal work; exposure to pre-sales preferred</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Working knowledge of Tally</li><li>Soft Skills:</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Attention to detail and documentation accuracy</li><li>Client-friendly attitude and confident presentation skills</li></ul>Compensation:Competitive, based on experience and performanceJob Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
