</li><li>Let Success Drive You: Support &amp; assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures, you are encouraged to take the initiative by solving problems and putting the customers&rsquo; needs first.</li><li>

Communicate with Care: Collaborate and be varied with communication styles as well as individual personalities within the team.</li></ul>
