 About the Role
 
 :

 The objective of the job is to improve sales of Personal Loans through the FinTech channels through on-boarding new channels &amp; improving productivity in the existing channels.
 </li>

 Responsibilities
 
 :
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Improve the distribution of Personal Loan through partnering with top FinTech in the country.
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve the sales numbers through existing &amp; new Fintech channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 30 crore productivity per KAM is expected.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech understanding &ndash; developing new journeys through market mapping, improvement in the current journeys &ndash; best practices followed in the industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Should be well versed with the language of the lender &ndash; should have basic understanding of the portfolio terminologies.
 </li>

 Qualifications

 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum MBA.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills
 
 :

 <li>
 Candidate must have knowledge of the PL industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have worked with at least 1 top lender or 1 top Fintech.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must know the processes followed in the industry by different lenders &amp; FinTech.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have basic understanding of call center functioning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be proficient in MS tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have good communication &amp; presentation skills.
 </li>

 Preferred Skills
 
 :
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 2+ years of experience such as Key Account Manager, Relationship Manager, Partnership Manager, Business Development Manager roles.
 </li>
