 We are seeking a visionary and experienced
 
 Supply Chain Practice Leader
 
 with a strong
 
 medical background
 
 to lead strategic initiatives and drive innovation across healthcare supply chain operations. This role will be instrumental in shaping best practices, optimizing performance, and delivering value-based outcomes in complex healthcare environments.
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the development and execution of supply chain strategies across
 
 healthcare networks or client organizations.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a
 
 subject matter expert in healthcare logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with medical, clinical, and administrative leaders to align supply chain practices with patient care and regulatory standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement scalable supply chain models that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Clinical or medical background (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, biomedical sciences) is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 10+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain leadership or consulting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of leading large-scale supply chain transformations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, accreditation, and logistics standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with ERP systems, supply chain analytics, and digital tools.
 </li>
 </ul>
