 Schedule: Evenings/Days/Weekends/Holidays
 
 
 Essential Responsibilities:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Greeting guests with a smile and welcoming attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking customer food and drink orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Retaining/memorizing the menu, and provide recommendations for food, wine or beverages
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with tidying of tables and clearing tables, setting tables, and assembling utensils
 </li>
 <li>
 Set tables and arrange dining areas to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special occasions
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling routine purchasing transactions including operating cash registers
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate point of sale system; Toast
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare other related duties as assigned
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience providing excellent customer serves in a fast paced, fine dining environment
 </li>
 <li>
 A positive attitude and ability to well under pressure in collaboration with support staff and kitchen staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Able perform high quality work while unsupervised
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to handle money accurately and operate a point of sale system
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to lift 30lbs regularly
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to lift, carry and balance trays
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have ability to tolerate physical activity including standing for long periods, bending, walking and other physical activity
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High School Diploma
 </li>
 <li>
 Bartending and/or server experience (2 + years)
 </li>
 <li>
 Food service certificate (optional)
 </li>
 </ul>
