We need a sharp, motivated developer to join our team and directly improve our client's online success.The Job: Develop, Optimize, and EarnWe're hiring an experienced, focused Website Developer who loves building websites that not only look great but also perform exceptionally well in search results. This position offers a solid base salary plus commission, perfect for a developer who is also motivated to contribute to business growth and client acquisition.While this job is fully remote, we highly prefer candidates based in the New Orleans area.You'll start with a 90-day introductory plan. During the 90-day period, you will only be paid per project. After the 90-days has been completed, there will be a performance review that will discuss further pay. What You'll Be Doing<ul><li>Build and maintain responsive, high-quality sites across platforms like WordPress, and Shopify.</li><li>Handle all SEO implementation (Search Engine Optimization) during development to make sure every new site gets maximum visibility.</li><li>Take design files (like those from Figma) and turn them into clean, functioning websites.</li><li>Work closely with our marketing and design teams to keep client brand messaging consistent.</li><li>Help identify sales opportunities and assist in growth efforts, this is how you earn your commission.</li><li>Manage your own time effectively, maintain a structured schedule, and meet project deadlines consistently.</li><li>Communicate clearly and directly with the team and management.</li></ul>What You Need to Bring<ul><li>Proven experience working as a Website Developer.</li><li>Very experienced in a high performing website.</li><li>Must have experience in directing copywriter and graphics team for the best SEO performing site.</li><li>Strong, practical knowledge of SEO best practices and on-page tactics is a must.</li><li>Experience using Figma or similar tools to work with design mockups.</li><li>Expertise in WordPress development is required.</li><li>Familiarity with platforms like Shopify is a big plus.</li><li>You must be highly organized, computer literate, and able to work independently.</li><li>A strong portfolio showing off your best web design and development projects.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Schedule<ul><li>Pay Structure: Base Salary Plus Commission.</li><li>(Note: Specific pay details will be discussed during the interview process.)</li><li>Schedule: Full-time, standard work hours, Monday through Friday. We need someone who can be flexible when project demands require it.</li></ul>Education &amp; Location<ul><li>Education: A Bachelor's Degree is helpful, but we value equivalent, hands-on experience just as much.</li><li>Location: Fully Remote.
