What You&rsquo;ll Do

As a Logistics Support Representative, you&rsquo;ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures materials move smoothly from vendors to customers. You&rsquo;ll coordinate, communicate, and support our logistics process to keep our customers satisfied and our operations running like clockwork. Your day-to-day will include:
<ul>
<li>Tracking purchased materials and confirming shipment timelines with vendors.</li>
<li>Coordinating in-house production readiness for on-time shipping.</li>
<li>Proactively updating Sales and Engineering teams on any potential delays.</li>
<li>Creating internal work orders for hardware shipments.</li>
<li>Filing freight claims for damaged materials.</li>
<li>Assisting customers with shipping updates and delivery status.</li>
<li>Confirming deliveries and ensuring customer satisfaction.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring
<ul>
<li>Associate&rsquo;s degree (or equivalent experience); bachelor&rsquo;s degree is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills &ndash; both written and verbal.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret technical documents and follow procedures accurately.</li>
<li>A detail-oriented mindset and a knack for juggling priorities.</li>
