<div>JOB SUMMARY

The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for supporting the procurement of direct and indirect material categories, overseeing the contract life cycle, and the material and supplier onboarding. The Procurement Analyst will also develop, and lead category spend analytics and KPI reporting. The position will be responsible for executing ingredient and packaging purchase orders, following up with vendors and communicating regular status updates for internal supply chain, purchasing and stakeholders. Candidate must have experience reviewing plant demands vs. inventory levels, and ability to keep up with fast-paced operations over 400 SKUs. 


RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
<ul>
<li>Perform updates to materials and suppliers in SAP, including:</li>
<li>Pricing and sourcing updates</li>
<li>Creating, modifying, and delisting materials</li>
<li>Creating, modifying, and delisting suppliers</li>
<li>Working in conjunction with plants and R&amp;D to maintain accurate product information</li>
<li>Update monthly forecast files in conjunction with Procurement Leader</li>
<li>Conduct monthly business unit performance (spend analysis, PPV, and KPI reports)</li>
<li>Oversee onboarding and maintenance of suppliers, including:</li>
<li>Coordinating with Finance to ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely payment to suppliers</li>
<li>Partnering with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with the company&rsquo;s quality standards and documentation requirements</li>
<li>Score card supplier performance against key metrics</li>
<li>Create, send and confirm Purchase Orders</li>
<li>Maintain Open Purchase Order Report</li>
<li>Run Daily Inventory Status / Variance Report</li>
<li>Identify, quantify and communicate elements of supply chain risk to the appropriate stakeholders.</li>
<li>Support Procurement Lead with RFPs and contract negotiations</li>
<li>Maintain accurate database of all contracts for the company, ensuring contracts are managed through the contract life cycle appropriately</li>
<li>Participate in cross functional teams as needed to support business objectives</li></ul> 


WORK EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
<ul>
<li>3 &ndash; 5 years&rsquo; work experience in Procurement &amp; best practices and CPG industry trends.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and project management skills, Strong communication and negotiation abilities.</li>
<li>SAP experience is a must</li>
<li>Experience with various procurement tools (Project, DocuSign, Repositrak, etc.)</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)</li>
</ul>

FORMAL EDUCATION:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or another related field</li></ul> 


WORKING CONDITIONS:
<ul>
<li>Hybrid work arrangement available: three days in the office and two days working remotely</li>
<li>Primarily an office-based role; requires high levels of concentration and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Standard business hours are expected, but flexibility is required to accommodate project deadlines and executive support needs, occasionally involving work outside of typical hours.</li>
<li>Minimal travel (up to 0 - 5%) may be required to visit manufacturing plants, warehouses, co-packer sites, or participate in off-site meetings.</li>
<li>Normally works with a regular schedule of hours; however, hours may vary depending on the project or assignment.</li></ul></div>
