 Develop and manage the company&rsquo;s local sourcing and buying strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead cost optimization, value creation and efficiency initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiations and contracts
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure supply continuity in a dynamic FMCG environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee procurement compliance with food safety, quality, sustainability and regulatory standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and develop the procurement team based in Manisa
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Profile
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 15 years of procurement experience, preferably within FMCG or food manufacturing
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in strategic sourcing and commercial negotiations
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership experience, including remote or factory-based teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, strategic and stakeholder management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Based in Istanbul, with regular travel to Manisa
 </li>
