We&rsquo;re hiring a part-time Associate Dentist who wants to grow in a supportive private-practice environment&mdash;with real autonomy, mentorship, and the opportunity to help build a high-performing culture centered on Guest Experience.Important Transparency (Please Read)In the initial phase, this role will include temporary hygiene coverage as we stabilize our clinical schedule and staffing&mdash;while also diagnosing and completing treatment for patients you see (as schedule allows). This is a great fit for a dentist who can flex clinically, communicate confidently, and lead with ownership while building a larger long-term schedule.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Provide comprehensive exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education</li></ul><ul><li>Deliver high-quality restorative care with attention to detail and excellent clinical judgment</li></ul><ul><li>Perform dentistry with a strong focus on comfort, communication, and trust</li></ul><ul><li>Endodontics preferred (share your comfort level and, if available, case examples)</li></ul><ul><li>Clear aligner familiarity a plus (Invisalign/CandidPro experience welcomed)</li></ul><ul><li>Support hygiene temporarily as needed, with the expectation that you will identify treatment opportunities and support appropriate next steps for patient care</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain thorough clinical notes and communicate clearly with the team</li></ul><ul><li>Uphold our brand-standard Guest Experience: efficient flow, patients seated promptly, respectful and calm leadership throughout the day</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForWe&rsquo;re looking for an associate who brings:<ul><li>Ownership + leadership: proactive, dependable, takes initiative without being micromanaged</li></ul><ul><li>Can-do attitude: resourceful, solution-oriented, positive demeanor</li></ul><ul><li>Growth mindset: open to coaching/feedback and motivated to improve clinical skills and efficiency</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication: clear, confident patient conversations and strong team collaboration</li></ul><ul><li>Endo interest/comfort: ideally enjoys endodontics; ability to show cases or discuss typical timing is a plus</li></ul><ul><li>Comfort diagnosing comprehensive care (including implants, tooth replacement, removals, etc.&mdash;experience is a plus, mentorship/training available)</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with elevated preventive tools is a plus (Perio Protect trays, Curodont/early cavity repair&mdash;training available)</li></ul>Tech &amp; Practice EnvironmentWe invest in quality dentistry and modern workflows, including:<ul><li>CBCT</li></ul><ul><li>iTero</li></ul><ul><li>Shofu camera (photo documentation)</li></ul><ul><li>Nomad</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Growth Path<ul><li>Daily rate: $550&ndash;$700/day (based on experience + endo/aligner comfort + speed/efficiency)</li></ul><ul><li>Transition to % of collections</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your resume/CV and a short note answering:1.
