Job PurposeThe Shopping Center Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activities of the shopping center. To ensure smooth unit handovers to tenants, controls the fit-out process, maintains the overall look and feel of the shopping center, and ensures all tenants comply with approved designs, regulations, and operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesUnit Handover &amp; Tenant Coordination<ul><li>Manage the handover of retail units for tenants in line with approved schedules.</li><li>Ensure units are handed over in the correct condition (shell &amp; core or as agreed).</li><li>Coordinate access for tenants during fit-out and operation phases.</li></ul>Fit-Out Management<ul><li>Coordinate and issue fit-out guidelines for tenants.</li><li>Review and track shop drawings and fit-out submissions.</li><li>Follow up on the fit-out process to ensure work is completed on time.</li><li>Ensure all fit-out work comply with approved designs, safety rules, and shopping center standards.</li></ul>Design, Look &amp; Feel Control<ul><li>Ensure shops maintain the approved look and feel of the shopping center at all times.</li><li>Monitor shop facades, signage, and front displays to meet shopping center design standards.</li><li>Coordinate with tenants to correct any non-compliant designs or finishes.</li></ul>Tenant DocumentationControl Collect, review, and maintain tenant documents such as:<ul><li>Trade licenses</li><li>Insurance certificates</li><li>Fit-out approvals</li><li>Work permits</li><li>Ensure all documents are valid and up to date before allowing operation.</li></ul>Permits &amp; Access Management<ul><li>Manage work permits for fit-out, maintenance, and special work.</li><li>Control tenant moving-in and moving-out processes.</li><li>Coordinate access timing to avoid disruption to shopping center operations.</li></ul>Tenant Operations &amp; SOP Compliance<ul><li>Ensure tenants comply with shopping center operational SOPs.</li><li>Coordinate opening readiness checks before store launch.</li><li>Handle tenant operational issues and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.</li></ul>General Operations Support<ul><li>Handel FM operation including soft &amp; hard services.</li><li>Coordinate with leasing, marketing, security, cleaning, and maintenance teams.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational standards are maintained.</li><li>Support management in improving tenant experience and shopping center performance.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in shopping center or retail operations.</li><li>Strong coordination and communication skills.</li><li>Good understanding of fit-out processes and retail design standards.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tenants at once.</li><li>Ability to enforce rules while maintaining good tenant relationships.</li></ul>Why Join La Maison?At La Maison we&rsquo;re not just building structures, we&rsquo;re building careers.Join a certified Great Place To Work&reg; and be part of a team that values innovation, precision, and growth.Job Type: Full-time
