Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Cannabis Retail Keyholder. As a Keyholder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our retail store and maintaining a welcoming and informative environment for our valued customers. If you have a passion for cannabis, outstanding customer service skills, and leadership abilities, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, provide expert guidance, and ensure a positive shopping experience.Inventory Management: Help manage inventory levels, restocking shelves, and monitoring product quality.Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, reconcile registers, and assist in opening and closing the store.Team Leadership: Lead by example, motivating and guiding the retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain store cleanliness.Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all local and state regulations related to cannabis sales and safety.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest cannabis products, strains, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.Security: Assist in maintaining store security, including monitoring surveillance systems and adherence to store policies.Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of retail or customer service experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge and passion for cannabis products and culture.</li><li>Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Must be 21 years of age or older.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time/ Part-timeExpected hours: 32 per week and willing to cover other stores in the Southeast area.Benefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Evening shift</li><li>Morning shift</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $16.60 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have open availability?</li><li>Are you willing to cover other stores in the Southeast area if needed?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Customer service: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Bilingual (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>OLCC Service Permit (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
