Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pain Management Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, utilizing a variety of interventional techniques and therapies. This role requires a strong understanding of pain management protocols, patient assessment, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.Position open to :<ul><li>Production-based salary</li><li>A partnership track</li></ul>Duties<ul><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate pain levels and underlying conditions.</li><li>Develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, physical therapy, and interventional procedures.</li><li>Utilize EHR systems and EMR systems for accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans.</li><li>Perform interventional procedures such as botulinum toxin treatment, IV infusion, and other pain management techniques.</li><li>Collaborate with specialists in areas such as psychiatry, cardiology, gastroenterology, and neurology to ensure holistic patient care.</li><li>Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on clinical outcomes.</li><li>Educate patients on pain management strategies, health coaching, and lifestyle modifications to improve their quality of life.</li><li>Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Pain Management or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in acute pain management, outpatient care, and chronic pain treatment.</li><li>Familiarity with medical imaging techniques (CT, MRI) and interventional radiology practices.</li><li>Proficiency in using EHR systems such as Epic for patient documentation.</li><li>Strong background in critical care experience is preferred; familiarity with perioperative care is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams.</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD coding, and clinical research practices.</li><li>Basic life support certification is required; advanced certifications are advantageous.
