Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated French Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching French language and culture, with experience working in university settings being highly desirable. The position is suitable for individuals committed to educational excellence and student development.Duties<ul><li>Develop and deliver comprehensive French language lessons tailored to various skill levels</li><li>Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities</li><li>Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and oral evaluations</li><li>Foster an inclusive and motivating classroom environment that encourages active participation</li><li>Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to enhance students&rsquo; understanding of Francophone countries</li><li>Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their language learning goals</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and improve teaching strategies</li><li>Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in the French language with excellent communication skills</li><li>Prior experience teaching French at the university or higher education level is highly preferred</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to develop engaging lesson plans</li><li>Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles</li><li>Passion for education and cultural exchange</li><li>Ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with students, colleagues, and parents</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 8 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
