Key Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership &amp; Management:<ul><li>Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, including assigning daily tasks and managing shift schedules.</li><li>Foster a positive and productive team environment, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address any disciplinary issues in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Communicate job expectations, goals, and company policies to the team.</li></ul>2. Warehouse Operations:<ul><li>Oversee all daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory transactions.</li><li>Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce errors.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time shipments, order accuracy, and productivity levels.</li></ul>3. Inventory Control:<ul><li>Manage and maintain accurate inventory records through the use of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or other relevant software.</li><li>Plan and oversee regular cycle counts and physical inventories.</li><li>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure proper storage and handling of all products to prevent damage or spoilage.</li></ul>4. Safety &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Enforce all company safety protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse and equipment to identify and mitigate potential hazards.</li><li>Ensure all team members are properly trained on the safe operation of equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).</li><li>Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization (5S) throughout the warehouse.</li></ul>5. Communication &amp; Collaboration:<ul><li>Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.</li><li>Communicate with carriers and transportation providers to coordinate shipments and resolve delivery issues.</li><li>Generate and analyze reports on warehouse activities, productivity, and performance for senior management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
