Job Title: Bartender Location: La Plage &ndash; Mystic, CTPosition Overview: La Plage is seeking experienced, energetic bartenders to join our team at our high-volume, casual fine dining restaurant with beautiful waterfront seating. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering elevated service and craft beverages.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and servers</li><li>Provide exceptional, attentive service in a high-volume setting</li><li>Maintain full knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine lists, and menu offerings</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>Manage bar inventory, restocking, and cleanliness</li><li>Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations</li><li>Handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions accurately</li><li>Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale dining environment preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine</li><li>Excellent multitasking and time management skills</li><li>Outgoing personality with strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to stay composed under pressure</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Full-time and part-time positions available</li><li>Day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive benefits package available for full-time employees</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented work environment</li><li>Opportunities for growth and advancement</li></ul>Why Join Us: Work in a vibrant waterfront setting while being part of a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
