Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct and oversee Title 4 training responsibilities for staff and management</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with all liquor laws, policies, and safety regulations</li>
<li>Complete weekly and monthly liquor inventories</li>
<li>Manage liquor ordering and maintain appropriate stock levels</li>
<li>Develop and update drink menus</li>
<li>Train staff on drink preparation, presentation, and customer service standards</li>
<li>Provide oversight and leadership for bar operations</li>
<li>Perform bartending duties as needed</li>
<li>Greet and interact with residents and guests professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive customer experience</li>
<li>Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with age requirements for alcohol service</li>
<li>Process orders, credit card transactions, and maintain accuracy in point-of-sale systems</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, utensils, and glassware</li>
<li>Restock supplies, garnishes, and ingredients as needed to ensure efficient service</li>
<li>Monitor resident and guest behavior and alcohol consumption to promote responsible service and comply with state and local regulations</li>
<li>Perform opening and closing procedures, including setup, breakdown, and inventory tasks</li>
<li>Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to support overall service operations</li>
<li>Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and state/local alcohol laws</li>
<li>Participate in additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor, aligned with qualifications and reasonably expected to be completed with minimal orientation</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous bartending and beverage management experience preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of Title 4 liquor regulations and compliance requirements</li>
<li>Strong organizational and inventory management skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities</li>
<li>Ability to train and mentor staff</li>
<li>Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented</li>
<li>Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed</li>
</ul>
